Huang Qi, also known as Astragalus root or Milk-wetch root has many purported health benefits, including immune-boosting, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects. It restores stamina and energy, boosting vitality in weakened and deficient individuals.
Astragalus can be used by a variety of people and is believed to prolong life and used to treat a wide variety of ailments, such as fatigue, allergies and the common cold. It’s also used in against heart disease, diabetes and used to treat cancer-related fatigue and nausea caused by chemotherapy.

- Harmonizes and tonifies the qi: Fatigue, loss of appetite, indifference, weak digestion, diarrhea

- Stabilizes the exterior: Heavy spontaneous sweating, catches cold easily, shortness of breath

How to cook:
- Place 100g of Huang Qi in a bottom of a large pot and pour 2L of distilled water on top. Let the formula soak under a lid for two hours.
- After soaking, bring the mix to boil, then reduce the heat and let the formula simmer in a low heat for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let the formula cool down.
- Strain the herbs and pour the liquid into glass bottles and store in the fridge.
Drink 150ml glass, two times per day before meals.
